This group is for anyone who wants to keep fit, and have fun. We started as just a group of friends, with not much in the way of skills or knowledge of frisbee, but we have gradually got better and are looking to get more people involved. We try to mix up abilities when we make teams, so that it's fairly even and we get a good match. If you want to be super competitive or a professional this isn't for you! If you want something that's not too energetic - also not for you! There is quite a lot of running around, but don't worry if you cant run/throw/catch, some of us couldn't at the beginning either (some of us are still not that good!) but we have all improved! The game is a cross between american football and netball, but it's mainly about having fun and getting some exercise. We want the group to be social too, so after game drinks etc will be on the cards too.
