Ladies, after having our introductory meeting yesterday, I decided to make some changes to our group:

If you struggle with emotional eating, maintaining long term weight loss, this may be the group for you.

This is a food accountability group for women only. Women who are already in the 2B Mindset Program are welcome to join us.

This group is a 60 day commitment to learning how to eat in a way that will assist you in weight loss.

Group meetings with be conducted every other week for 1 hour.

A ONE TIME Members due of $10 will be collected AFTER the first meeting to be used to purchase food and finance our meeting space.

I am a former Therapist turned Certified Running Coach and Certified Life & Health Coach.

This is an introductory meeting for an ongoing support group that will start in late May 2022

We will talk about goals and steps to getting where we want to be when it comes to weight loss and healthy eating.

*How to gain confidence and feel empowered on our journey
*Resisting temptation
*How to eat healthy and lose weight without calories counting
*Emotional support and accountability
