Bay Area Real Estate Moguls was created to give local Real Estate investors a forum to meet with others interested in SFR and Multifamily Investing, both in California and out of state. Our community is geared toward sharing innovative techniques to acquire real estate properties and asset protection. We create an environment to network with professionals in Real Estate with an emphasis on residential and multifamily units. Our goal is to help our members create wealth and also keep their wealth. Our primary goal is to discuss opportunities here in the Bay. We will meet to discuss current trends in the market place and opportunities available to grow your multifamily portfolio.

Our areas of interest rest in deal structuring, market analysis, management, adding value to low performing properties, raising capital for your deals, finding partners, the right vendors, and service providers. In addition, proper education is essential and it should never stop.

All real estate markets seem to be doing well, however, when buying remotely there are many considerations that have to be taken into account. We are going to dive into pro’s and con’s of investing remotely and once you have picked your markets, then how to work closely with your team and evaluating the service providers. Property Management is by far one of the most important factors. Steve will dive into those details having managed 1,000 doors.

Benefits of On-Demand Showings of Rental Property

With nearly every investor I've interfaced with, I've had intriguing conversations around how they show their properties. Some leave a door unlocked and tell people to go in. Some use lockboxes, some must have an agent or themselves present to accompany prospective tenants. My philosophy has long been that getting a tenant into the unit to see it as quickly as possible, however way you do it, has benefits that far outweigh any negatives of an unlocked door or giving prospective tenants access to a lockbox. So I'd speak towards how we've setup a system to protect the property/landlord as much as possible while still allowing prospective tenants to go in and see the unit on-demand, whenever they are available.
