Landlording Subgroup Meeting - Bring Your Best Lease Clause

This Oakland REIA Subgroup covers specific topics of interest to landlords.  For this Saturday, bring your best lease clause to share since no one can think of everything and we all have different histories of experience with tenants.  So let's share some of our lessons-learned clauses, putting us all further ahead!  

With any extra time, we'll address other landlording issues brought forward by participants.  Both novice and experienced investors are invited to attend. 

Typically 8-16 people attend making it an ideal environment to ask questions, share information and learn.
