How will Harvey affect the Houston real estate market?

How do we evaluate repairs for flood houses?

How can we sell a flooded house?

Do you want to know how to make deals in this market?

Join us at our next FREE Meetup on Monday, October 30th @6:30pm where tell you what one needs to know to be successful in today's market.

A lot of houses took on water during Harvey, some had water in them for days. What's the right strategy to use for a first time flood, second time flood, third time flood? Some sellers will want to sell their house fast while others want to wait. How do you handle the different sellers?

If you are a lender, are you looking for different ways to participate in deals? Or would you like to provide the people you lend to more ways for them to put together deals? There will be a lot in this session for you as well.

What discount should we use when evaluating ARV?

How does insurance come into play when someone wants to sell a flood house?

Can you afford to miss the meeting?

Those are just some of the questions that will be answered.

As always, there will be plenty of time for networking with your fellow Real Deal makers.
