Fighting Fear and Indecision in Real Estate Investing

2. Susan White Livermore -

Susan is a wife and mother to 3 very active children. She spent 13 years in HR before quitting to build real estate wealth. In her first 20 months she purchased 13 properties which earned her the award of Newcomer of the Year from the Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine. Continuing her success in 2012 she won the award "Top Player" from the Real Estate Investment Network". In 2013, she took on the Calgary market building legal duplexes.

Susan acquires the majority of her properties working with individuals wanting to get into real estate but lacking the time, desire or fearful to go it alone. She aspires to create hassle free, yet educated and in control investing for her Joint Venture Partners.

Susan attributes her early success to five key things. First, willingness to learn from mistakes. Second, need to consider the greater good in all purchases and action around investing. Third, a belief that the soundest growth occurs through collaboration with others. Fourth, a perspective that opportunities and possibilities are endless. Finally, a knowing that everyone has a story and something to teach, approaching investing with humility, creates solutions.

In her talk she will discuss the fears ALL of us have at some level, in investing in real estate. Fears that we can acknowledge and those that we aren't even aware we have. Although there is no cookie cutter solution for overcoming fear in a life changing venture, she will share with you her top 10 strategies to both getting started and keeping the momentum going.

Our meeting will start at 6:30 pm and doors will open at 6:00 pm and end by 9:00 pm.

There will be a $20 per person charge at the door.
