Stressed out and feeling overwhelmed by divorce? Having trouble figuring out how to move forward? Divorce is one of the single most challenging life experiences affecting our health and well being. In this Wellness Workshop I'm sharing motivational coaching strategies to help alleviate the stress and drain on your health while managing divorce and it's often negative effects on your wellbeing. I am a trained Wellness Coach through the Mayo Clinic and a veteran of navigating the road to starting over and realigning all the pieces of life after divorce. In addition to connecting over the shared experience, I can attest to the benefits of Wellness Coaching and how it helps reduce stress, improves self care, keeps you focused on your future and keep moving you forward on this journey.
