ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
- Adam Gajtkowski, Data Scientist, Financial Times -
Adam holds degrees in Economics & Econometrics and Statistics. His previous experience includes an economics placement at the Office for National Statistics and a Data Science position at the Institute for Apprenticeship and Technical Education (DfE).
- Mark Gannaway, Staff Software Engineer, BuzzFeed -
Mark works on recommender system prediction pipelines and supporting practitioners with running and scaling their models in production. Prior to BuzzFeed, Mark worked at Hailo building a variety of predictive services for the ride hailing platform.
- Joseph Provost, Tech Lead, Lyst -
Joseph designs and writes code, designs systems, and leads and manages teams to get things shipped and running in the real world. He enjoys scaling and optimising large distributed systems.
