Recharge retreat allows you to take time away from everyone and everything, to come home to yourself, through guided forest walks, yoga , mindfulness to aid sleep and learning to prepare good food for everyday in life.

This recharge retreat is about more than relaxation - it’s about spending time to recharge your mind, body and diet. Qualified and experienced instructors will guide you through a blissful weekend of surrounded by the sounds of nature, free from distraction to listen to yourself, your body and leave feeling recharged and ready to face what life holds ahead.
