If you or someone you know is struggling with: anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, panic, worry, anger, fears, helplessness, hopelessness, mood disorders - You are not alone!

Our meetings provide a safe place to learn and practice the Recovery International (RI) Method - a system of cognitive behavioural techniques designed to help us manage our day-to-day symptoms.

Please check the events for the upcoming meetings, but they generally occur weekly on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Thursday at 7:30 pm. Meetings are open to the public.
