The Recovery International program provides weekly peer-led meetings in North America and beyond. It is a safe, confidential place to talk about life's challenges and receive support for self-help efforts.
The Recovery International method is a system of cognitive-behavioral techniques developed by neuropsychiatrist Abraham Low, MD, used to change thoughts and behaviors; changes in attitudes and beliefs follow.
The techniques apply to any number of emotional or behavioral conditions. Whether you or someone you know is looking to overcome a specific fear or phobia, are sleepless because of stress or are dealing with anger, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, or depression, the Recovery International program can help. This is an evidence-based program. We are a legitimate non-profit organization. You have to be 18 yrs old to attend.
