Location visible to members
We will focus on beginning our Life Purpose with a group meditation. I will be teaching people how to use visualization to focus and come to an inner awareness of our life purpose. If you feel a little lost and want to gain a better awareness of yourself and what your purpose should be then this meditation it is right for you. We will do meditations and learn how to activate 53 internal senses through Guided Imagery.
What to Expect:
We will have introductions the move into the meditation. There will be 2 meditations we will be able to do. Please bring a yoga mat and warm clothing because it may be a little cold in the morning.
We will continue our journey with a Mythical & Archetypal meditation.
