As a personal trainer and health coach, I will meet you were you are and guide you to your healthiest "YOU." I've been a professional in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I hold multiple certifications with fully accredited organizations such as National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Council of Exercise, American College of Sports Medicine and California State University Hayward (CSU) Personal Training certification under Dr. Donald Chu. I maintain these credentials through continuous education.
If you're looking to have a great time during a well designed strenuous workout, you've come to the right place! My goal is to help my clients become their best selves and to fall in love with creating a healthy lifestyle through mindset, movement, and meals. In addition, I provide health coaching, food log feedback, and monthly assessments. I personalize your program with your ultimate success in mind.
Small Group Training Monday's/Wednesday's 5:45pm and Saturday's at 7:00am $38.00 per session, 6 people max. My approach as a Personal Trainer is based in weight and circuit training with HIIT for maximum results. I am an encourager and motivator and utilize positivity speech rather than drill sargeant tactics. My clients are pushed to give their best efforts through encouragement, hard work and accountability.
I have worked with individuals, couples, teens, a variety of groups, and enjoy bringing positivity and strategy to training for people at any point in their fitness journeys.
