6:30 - 7 pm is a intro to mindful meditation, the benefits of meditation, the science behind what happens during meditation and a short experiential session of meditation.
7:15 - 8 pm is the time as a group, we sit in meditation.
You can come at 6:30 and stay just for the intro, or stay for the whole event. OR, if you have heard the intro before and/or are already meditating regularly, you can arrive at 7 pm and participate in just the group meditation.

Cost is $5 or there is a membership of $14.95/month that allows you to attend Mindful Mondays free of charge and includes more goodies for you. Keina will explain the details at the event.
