This is an outdoor elemental meditation event. We will mediate incorporating nature- all the elements present! We will do a tree meditation We will have a Love meditation We will do a breath clearing exercise We will have experience sharing Please bring; 1. Yoga mat or towel 2. A pillow - if you'd like 3.
