Healing Stages
Working with the Stages of Healing for Optimal Effects!

 In this lecture we will discuss the stages involved in healing with the three most common being Cleansing, Nourishing and then Rebuilding. We will begin introducing the use of these stages and what the goals are of each, learning how one is not always separate from another. This is different than the Cycles workshop because the cycles each contain these stages within it. This lecture sets up the next few lectures on herbs for each cycles and various other herbal "categories" of healing such as alternative?s, astringents and more.

 Class is approximately 2 hours long. Cost $25 per person.  Questions welcome!  We will stay a little longer for discussion and questions as needed. Cleansing With Herbs
Learn to use Herbs to Maximize Your Health

This is the first in a series of lectures dealing with the stages of healing. In this lecture we approach, discuss and breakdown the importance of cleansing as part of not only healing during illness, but also as a means to help flush and purify our bodies of toxins to promote health. We will also discuss the safe use of  the process of cleansing and its herbs, a few of the most common cleansing herbs used for both crisis and daily use and how they can be used healthfully versus the historical use for some herbs as purgatives, laxatives and more as we have seen in the Thomasonian Traditions of our history. This is the first in a three part series on the stages of the Healing. Our next exert in this series will be on the Nourishing herbs approaching it as we do the Cleansers.
