Join us for an afternoon of Yoga & Meditation with Karen Shawcross, Student Yoga Teacher with the Independent Yoga Network & Paul Blundell, Meditation Teacher & Practitioner.
During this 90 minute class we will work with our breath to help bring the mind into a state of relaxation, calm and presence. We will then work through a series of postures paying particular attention to alignment and technique and finish our time together with a calming guided heart based meditation which will enable the body, mind and nervous system to re-set and recharge.
Cost £12 per person
