Do you know you can do better and like working out, but lose momentum half way through? I do. I like working out, I like eating well, but I also like sitting on my bum and eating junk food. My body however likes when I skip the latter.
I am looking for some reliable, committed people to work out with that will show up 90% of the time, and I for them. I am tired of always being left to push through a challenge by myself and getting bored.
I like and have done all of the following: Crossfit, Lifetime Fitness, YMCA, Yoga, Dancing, Ballroom dancing, Zumba, Planet fitness, jogging, 5ks, Core Rhythms, HIIT training.
I want to keep things mixed up, but most importantly show up 2/3 times a week to become my best self. Do you want to join me?
