What we're about

This group is for the hardcore fitness people out there or anyone that want's to train hardcore. Most workouts will consist of strength and conditioning. Mostly calisthenics, push ups, pull ups, air squats, lunges, handstands, and lots of core training etc. Most workouts will be held at a local parks or the Claremont 5 Mile loop. So running the loop and getting a hardcore workout at the half way point and than continuing the run. I'll be hosting mountain or road bike rides followed by a good calisthenics workout right after. This is a perfect group who anyone who wants to lose that last bit of body fat or anyone just trying to get get in top shape. We can talk nutrition, fitness ideas etc. I personally have worked out my whole life from weight training, to calisthenics only, back to weight training, to crossfit for years and now I'm back to calisthenics only and just started training for triathlons. Every Sunday at 2pm a group of us get together and train calisthenics skills at Hermosa Park in Rancho Cucamonga. This does not cost anything. Just show up and work on pull ups, muscles ups, handstands, dips, progression to front and back levers etc. Just trying to build a Calisthenics community group for anyone trying to really master their body weight and get fancy with their skills. This lasts about 2 hours. You can come and go as you please because its not really structured. It's more of a free for all and practice what you want to get good at. If you want a specific routine we could hook you up with some workouts here that will get you closer to reaching your goals. If you look up my Instagram I have videos of what goes on here.
