What we're about

The purpose of this group is to help individuals break away from daily stress, endless todo lists, overstimulation, information overload and unplug from technology. It's an effort to live more aligned and balanced with our highest self. We will do this by connecting with our bodies through movement and yoga, deepen our spiritual journey, and calm our nervous system through breath-work & meditation and mindfulness workshops.

Anyone curious about starting a yoga or meditation practice or long time practitioners are welcome!
