Suzann Crumbock is a Senior Design Researcher with Capgemini Invent. Prior to that, she spent a year and a half working as the solo UX Manager for a transportation software and map data company. With a unique skill set as a former docu-style television producer, Suzann specializes in field research - user interviews and contextual inquiry. She maintains a passion for understanding user motivations and behaviors and uncovering hidden opportunities in processes, product and brand experiences while getting at the "big picture". She believes that human centered design based on understanding and empathy rewards everyone.
