We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. The intention of this walk is to slow down, be present, and to foster nature awareness, connection and community. Each walk will incorporate a mindfulness activity and as well as some time for sharing. We will walk in most kinds of weather for about an hour so dress accordingly. Bring hat, water, sunscreen and anything else you need to feel comfortable and safe in the outdoors. All are welcome! Meet in front of the Resiliency Center sign.
