The intention of this meditation is to calm the nervous system and foster relaxation through a gentle immersion of sounds created by Earth and Venus gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, rattles, rain sticks and chimes. The enveloping resonance of gongs and sound immersion facilitates stress reduction and supports transition from the 'waking mind' into the 'dreaming mind' where shifts and expansion in consciousness occur.
Bring a water bottle, pillow, and anything else you’d like for comfort as you’ll be lying down for an hour. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
Please allow ample time to find off-street parking as we'll begin at 11:00am. The studio is behind the main building in a detached building and has a mural of a woman painted on the south side. You may enter through the front gate or the back gate.
