This is a group for anyone interested in working out and engaging in other fitness wellness activities in the area and being around others that want to do the same. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged. The group isn't just about weight loss or muscle gain (although both will probably happen) This group is about encouraging each other to step out of our comfort zones, to do something just for ourselves and meet others that are looking for a fun way to workout. This group is meant to be a community of Wellness Warriors that want to take help each other become the best version of themselves.
You should join because you will always find each class more challenging than the other. You have the advantage of exercise with an array of equipment so that you can achieve your results faster.
As a member of this group, you also get first pick on special events that we organize with guest instructors and themed classes, such as beer and boot camp, prosecco and pilates or (my favorite) Tequila Sunrise Salutation...I promise not all themed classes have alcohol as an incentive haha. We also plan on having other workshops dedicated to wellness that are fun and informative!
When you're a member of this wellness group you will also be invited to attend an array of different meetups such as yoga, meditation, cooking demo/classes, nutrition seminars, Saturday morning runs and so much more!
