What we're about

Our goal is to hold space where everyone can feel comfortable and welcomed. Especially if you are completely new to the yoga practice and want to explore a new way of taking care of your physical and mental health. Its also suited for the more developed practitioner. I will share all my knowledge; time and presences to give you a warming and authentic experience, hoping you will achieve more balance and connection in your life. As your yoga-teacher I truly want to share the amazing benefits with everyone, giving you the opportunity to find more peace and happiness using yoga as tool.

You can expect a slow moving yin class using our breath to hold and move deeper into postures, holding them for a longer period of time and finding a sense of peace and mindfulness during uncomfortable postures. Yin yoga is perfect as a morning class before our muscles have had time to warm up. The morning yin flow will give you time to wake up and prepare your physical and mental body for the day.

What to expect during a class?

* A mindful yin practice working with deepening our tissues and muscle flexibility.
* Holding poses for longer periods
* Deepening your breath and experience your physical and emotional body.
* Exercises to train your mind and concentration.
* English speaking guidance.
* Relaxing and meditative vibrations.
* Explore deep relaxation and peaceful states of consciousness.
* Feeling ready to face the day in a more peaceful and mindful way.

What to bring and wear?

• Yourself
• Loose clothes & warm clothes as the winter is approaching
• Water bottle
• Training mat if you have on, but we can also provide one.

We have no reception or door bell. But we will welcome you in the door between 06:45 -06:55. After 06:55 its hard to come in and the class will begin. For your own best, be there in good time so you don’t rush to class.
The classes are donation based.

This will pay my bills and further yoga education. Location rent and new yoga mats.
Recommended donation 35 to 100, - kr. Vipps or cash.
