What we're about

If you are on a health journey, join us as we regain and restore our health through a whole food plant based diet. You don’t have to know anything about food. You just have to know that you want to get better and restore the health you once had. Our group is led by Dr. David Richardson, Dr. Jim Barnett, Sue Richardson who holds a nutrition certification from Cornell in Plant Based Nutrition, and Paula Barnett. They have studied under and attended seminars throughout the country led by Dr. John McDougall, Dr. T. Colin Campbell (The China Study), Dr. Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Alan Goldhamer, and Dr. Calwell Esselstyn. These doctors are at the forefront of the cutting edge of nutritional research on using plant based food to halt and reverse heart disease, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune diseases and many forms of cancer. Our group is a place to come together and learn with like-minded health seekers through meetings, potlucks, and cooking classes.
