What we're about

As companies implement various digital transformation projects, a number of executive, management and technical professional roles required to run various aspects of the enterprises well may be eliminated. This may force many former senior managers to seek roles in out-source consulting, coaching or working for smaller organizations with the prospect of far less income and benefits.

However, our informal research suggests that only a very few executives are thinking differently about their career paths or have taken on re-inventing themselves for the digital disruption era. Those that have are discovering multiple exciting opportunities with young, small, agile, high-velocity insurgent companies and teams that are themselves the digital disruptors and transformers.
