Think of it as an open mind/body therapy session. Events will include workouts, meditation, mindfulness, open- discussions, and more. “Retreatmint” will hold many health and wellness workshops in the future to come. I am interested in helping others as well as forming a great community. This is also a great opportunity to grow and expand as a person - while teaching yourself to become more open and self-aware. All are welcome!
In addition, each meetup will have snacks and prizes.
