What we're about

This group began in 2012 as a way to bring like-minded, heart-centered people together to support each other as we grow individually, collectively and spiritually. It's open to anyone who truly desires to become more loving, more compassionate and more joyful as they walk forward on their journey.

Let's invite 2019 to be a year of celebration and liberation, as we join together in playfulness and exuberance, as well as, introspection and connection. Whether we're gathering for workshops, meditation, yoga, hiking, biking or even wine and cheese, we'll bring a spirit of love and laughter with us, along with a renewed sense of the wondrous possibilities in each of our lives.

Welcome, all!
