I’m looking for motivated people who are tired of being tired and looking for change. I want to help people who are serious and ready to get into the best shape of their lives and need the right guidance.

My motto is 80% nutrition and 20% fitness. My 30 day challenge will consist of customized meal and workout plans, one on one coaching, group support and accountability.

My 30 day challenge is not just for people who are looking to lose weight. It’s for people looking to gain weight, build lean muscle, etc. I’m looking for motivated people who are sick of dieting and who want to change their eating habits and adapt to a more sustainable healthy lifestyle.

This challenge is for people who are ready to make a commitment to living their best and happiest lives.
