This hike will not be at the level of the famed Wolf Hill Exercise series but it will be a steady strong pace.
I planned my own route of bi-sectioning the woodland to cut out the section to the right of Pig Hill Road in the Forster loop and some of the lower section of the Coventry loop. This will shorten the hike for a quicker version of the entire Woodland, including all the interesting features of the area.
The terrain is very hilly and rocky and with the temps in the mid 70's it should be quite the workout. Please only sign on if you are capable of and looking forward to sustaining a steady pace in these conditions. Extra water is a must as well as good hiking boots. Please read and understand the club's liability waiver before signing on to this hike. If you don't feel like you are in good enough shape for this hike then you probably are not and should not sign up for it.
