Do you enjoy physical activity but feel out of your element with run-of-the-mill sports enthusiasts? Are you a beginner at or looking to explore a new sport? Were you an amazing high school/college athlete who has let their fitness slip? Or do you just want an excuse to meet some new, fun folks and get the endorphins going? Whatever your motivation for clicking on this group, it's probably for you!

Richmond Fatletes aims to be a group that gathers people who want to socialize while moving their bodies, no matter your size, skill, or ability. It's a safe place to be curious about new things, get the blood pumping, and maybe make some new friends along the way.

You don't need to be on a weight loss journey, unhappy with your current self, or feel like you're in need of "fixing" to be part of the Fatletes. You just have to want to enjoy doing something active in a pressure-free and non-judgmental social setting.
