This group is for anyone interested in looking and feeling their best no matter what the present state of their health is. There will be no charge but there will be plenty of information on different diets and the latest food trends, recipes, connection and support from others who understand your struggles. But we will have fun in the process. Talking, laughing, and getting to know each other will also be a must! There will be no weigh-ins, only shared experiences.
