What we're about

This group is for people interested in exploring and experiencing the common core of the world's non-dual wisdom traditions. You may be new to this thinking or deeply steeped in it, may approach nondualism from a particular 'school' / tradition or none at all. Some may be experiencing the early sense that their inherited world-view isn't working. Others may be well along a path of seeking a new perspective, of seeking themselves. Many will have reached a block or 'stalled'. Some may have glimpsed or even fully awakened into a new recognition of reality and the liberation that accompanies it.

Richmond Nondualism discussion meeting

17C Park Rd

Let's have an open discussion about what nondualism means to us, anything we find confusing about it and how our intellectual picture of it does or doesn't manifest in our lived experience. What is the nature of reality to which the nondual traditions point? If reality is as these traditions suggest, then why is consensus experience apparently so different? Can the appearance and the supposed reality be reconciled? What stands between my intellectual understanding of nondualist teachings and the full, lived realisation of my own and the world's true nature in my daily experience?
