What we're about

For anyone wanting to train in Richmond Park with others who love to use both the park and some functional equipment for imaginative, effective and fun workouts! For all abilities. Covering anything from bodyweight exercises/calisthenics, running, kettlebells, battle ropes and lots more. All ideas welcome. A great way to meet new people, learn new skills, have fun, get fitter and stronger and get some fresh air discovering the park!
