This is an ongoing intensive psychic and mediumship development class every Saturday morning. It is designed for those who are seeking to unfold their their gifts as a medium and psychic. All levels including beginners are welcome. Robyn will work with you to strengthen your ability to connect with the spirit world. This course will include exercises and instruction on topics that include: the mechanics and models of Mediumship, colors and auras, symbolism, psychometry, raising your vibration, healing yourself, developing your own personal spiritual practice, the role of guides, angels, and spirit healers in Mediumship, the importance and types of evidence from spirit, history of spiritualism as a component to Mediumship, and ethics and professional standards. $20 for each 2 hour class
Join our group of friendly, caring people who will walk alongside you through difficult and painful life experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Our Grief Share provides a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain. Share your experiences with others and help each other to heal. We plan to meet 2 Sundays per month. Robyn Wolf will Facilitate these groups. She has a long career in supporting people during times of loss and need. She has also processed traumatic losses of her own. $10 suggested love offering to cover HVAC and tea!

Why not take a Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction (MBSR) course and learn powerful, life-enhancing skills that can help you shift in a positive direction? With over 40 years of scientific evidence supporting wide-ranging benefits, MBSR teaches meditation and other awareness techniques to help people manage stress, pain, illness, and life's daily challenges more effectively and live with greater vitality, ease, and joy. This 10 week, 30 hour courses give you the time and support to make REAL change in your life. The 1.5 hour introductory orientation is March 24th from 2-3:30 PM, followed by 8 weekly classes (2.5 hours each) and an all-day retreat. The course is taught by a highly qualified instructor, Karyn Sandelman, who has extensive training and experience. Upon completion of MBSR, you will have experience with a wide variety of meditation and mindful movement practices, as well as tools for integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
