Public Speaking Practice and FUN!-with Applause!
DID YOU KNOW... A survey of surveys finds that the fear of public speaking consistently ranks 1st or 2nd most feared activity. The only way to beat that fear is to practice, practice, practice. And practice in an environment that is supportive and fun. Regardless of how you think you did in front of Roaring Colorado Toastmasters, you will always get applause! And a round of helpful hints on how you might better impact your audience. Whether it's to one person or a hall of thousands, all speaking outside of your home is public speaking. Come on down, join us, learn how to make a better impression and impact. We meet 2nd and 4th Wednesday, every month. What we're about

"Stage time, stage time, stage time!" as Darren LeCroix, 2001 World Champion of Public Speaking encourages. We applaud each other for getting up and give it a try. Each presentation, whether impromptu or planned, is a step in personal growth toward building self confidence and abilities to get up in front of a group and strut your stuff! We build camaraderie and friendships by sharing stories about each other and experiencing personnel development with each other.
