Taking pictures accounts for roughly 5-10% of Bob's weekly schedule. Learn about what is involved in operating your own small business.
Bob will train you on the many aspects of running a photography business including: legal considerations, insurance, supplier issues such as printing and framing, equipment decisions, pricing strategies, marketing, taxes, accounting and much more. After this class, you should have a firm idea on what is involved in setting up and running a photography business.
Bob operated his photography business "on the side" for several years before making it his full-time job. He will advise on strategies to build your photography business both as a side-business as well as a full-time business.
Attendees will want to bring notebooks and questions. Cameras are optional. If you have equipment questions then you should probably bring your camera.
If you are considering Photography as a part-time or full-time as a profession, Bob will help you with information on process, taxes, and other information on running a photography business.
