This ride is super simple, 10 miles ad 10 miles an hour. Bring the family and the kids for a easy paced "trail path" group ride. This ride has been going on for the last 7 years and designed to be a recovery ride. We ride places like the Canal, Greenway, LOSP trail, 390 trail, Lehigh valley and auburn trail. These can be ridden on pretty much any kind of bike by almost anyone. Like all our rides please bring adequate water, any tools you might need, a spare tube, a helmet and almost most importantly. ..... a good attitude.
