Open to anyone who would like to learn about the powerful effects of meditation and mindfulness. In this monthly series, we will explore fundamental techniques through guided meditation practice, breath work, and discussion. Appropriate for all levels. Some light movement will accompany this class. Beginners welcome, as well as experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice.
