Enjoy the camaraderie, motivation, and accountability of working out with others while also getting the individual instruction from a Personal Trainer at a reasonable price. Get individual attention using the latest and greatest training tools within the supportive setting of a small group (no more than eight). JCC Rockland offers many different types of Small Group Training at all different times of the day and night to accommodate varying schedules.
