    Welcome to the Poets' Process Jam! We are here to develop ourselves, our community, and to meet the challenges of performance, publishing, and self-set goals. This group meets for one hour. This meeting is for anyone who will benefit from a timeblock dedicated to editing, organizing, and submitting their craft.

    The Jam will be conducted in two rooms. Everyone can pick their room. One will be a social jam. The second will be run in a 'Shut up and Write' format. In that room we'll go around, say what we're working on, and what we'd like to accomplish today, and get to it.

    Guidelines:

    Share opportunities that aren’t right for you.

    Keep a single place for your verse, and type up your best.

    Create a way to review your work from this month, and as a collection.

    Integrate any strong new work.

    Bring us your good news!

  • International Writers' Poetry Circle

    Online event

    Enjoy an international poetry circle from the comfort of your home! This virtual event is useful for writers looking to add to their collection, establish a reoccurring time block, network internationally, or perform at open mics. The group meets for two hours, and provides warm-ups, prompts, and exercises under the direction of a facilitator and co-facilitator. Attendees will be exposed to published works by established authors, and receive feedback from the group.

    You will need a computer, tablet, or smart phone with either built in external speakers, or a jack to use headphones, an internet connection and access or permission to install and configure Zoom software on your device. You can also choose to join a Zoom meeting using a telephone instead of a computer.
