General Group Description:
This group is to find health through walking.  It is intended to provide motivation to get up and out and get some exercise.  The level of fitness depends on the group.  I hope to continue to provide a variety of walks and increasingly difficult walks so Walkers can improve their fitness over time.

Our goal is to increase the number of Meetups so that everyone can find a walk that fits their needs.  If you don't see a walk that suits you, you are welcome to become an Assistant Coordinator and schedule a walk of your choice.

If you want to join a group of people who want to promote a more healthy lifestyle through walking this could be your group.
