I am finding that I simply love nature walks and retreating to green places to reconnect, be more at peace and mindful, and to simply soak in those endorphins that are ever so important in today’s climate of mental health crisis. I want to find other lovers of nature and enjoy all the lush, green, brown, colorful, and sometimes white aspects in weather and nature. Forest bathing is about immersion of the senses in the natural world. I love tress and waterfalls in particular, but I’d like to explore a variety of outside oases and more about about herbs, fungi, and the animals who reside there. Waterfalls are the best if the best to me. Open to trails, places to visit. National Arboretum maybe first??! 🌲🌴🌿🌺🐿🐏🐝
