Our Monday night program offers the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate through deeper meditative states under the guidance of our beloved Practice Leader Joan Norris and our esteemed Dharma Teacher Victor Bradford. The first day of the week is often the most stressful, and this can be one of the best opportunities to expand our practice. This session begins with a short reading and/or discussion on a topic of Dharma with an emphasis on how we can manifest Dharma in our daily lives and further develop our meditation practice. This is followed by a 50 minute silent sitting meditation. If this is your first time meditating, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for instruction or consider attending our weekly Sangha Orientation on Wednesday nights from 5:15 – 6:00pm.
