This group is perfect for anyone who has run, wants to run, is training to run, aspires to run or is intimidated to run any and all Mud /Obstacle course races. We will provide several opportunities each month throughout the Denver Metro area for members to Learn the Skills - Find your Strength - Conquer any Course. Our sprint courses will be set up for 3 hours to provide time to meet like minded fitness enthusiasts, teach and learn new skills, share training tips and race experiences, and make new friends. Each course will be short and provide optimum practice opportunities. All fitness and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Each course will include walls, cargo nets, rope climbs, low crawls, balances challenges, and more.
