👉What is Rainbow Tai Chi?
Rainbow Tai Chi is a set of exercises, principles and ancient wisdom which we can apply to our daily life. One of the exercises we learn is 'letting go' where we let go of negativity, worries, stress and other negative feelings. We learn to touch the core of our problems and experience how we can find a new balance within ourselves through the exercises. We look at nature, who is constantly in balance too. For every subject, problem, dis balance or feeling there is a Tai Chi exercise to apply and learn about balancing your heart body mind and spirit. Tai Chi connects us to the river, a constant stream of energy, it is a way of life. The 'Rainbow' stands for the diversity in our teachings. We are trained to be teachers of the Rainbow universal subjects which brings you back to you. Don't be surprised to hear a spontaneous song during one of our classes or a comedy performance. We teach through real life examples and it may leave you with a tear and a big smile on your face at the same time!

Rainbow Tai Chi gives you tools to deal with daily life challenges and obstacles. We often experience an amount of stress, worries and anxiety in our daily life, only we do not know how to deal with that. This expresses in our body by feeling tensed or having a busy mind. With Rainbow Tai Chi you can learnt to quieten the mind, learn to relax and slow down! Those exercises and way of learning helps you to feel happy and more positive! We use our negatives to transform them into new possibilities. It is ideal for people of all ages who are interested in learning on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level in a fun way. Fit or not, anyone can benefit from these easy to learn Tai Chi exercises.

👉About my teacher
Master Choy is the founder of the Rainbow Tai Chi school who has been my teacher since the year 2013. He has helped me to connect back to my true identity and discover what I really wanted in life.
I started to let go of old patterns and started to see what really matters in life. I became satisfied and happy with less rather than always striving for more! I started to be peaceful rather than constantly running around in my head, feeling stressed and restless. I suddenly enjoyed the little things, nature and could appreciated what I already have. My consciousness opened and this changed my life in so many positive ways!

The quality of Master Choy's teaching is his personal approach and guidance. Master Choy has more than 45 years of experience helping people to heal, all over the world.

👉About Linda
I graduated at the Rainbow Tai Chi school in the year 2018. The past years I gained experience helping people to heal, transform and find real happiness. This through workshops, group sessions and individual approaches.
My passion is to help other find this true happiness within themselves. We all carry this light within us which deserves to shine and serve. The Rainbow Tai Chi teaching and approaches helped me to deal with daily life worries, stresses and pressure and I am so grateful to be able to share this with the world!
