Lyme disease and its co-infections have touched the lives of many of us in the Northeast. Mainstream medicine has little to offer for prevention, treatment and even diagnosis as the current laboratory tests available are highly inaccurate. Herbal medicine has become an effective alternative for treatment and can be used alone or as a complement to other conventional and alternative methods.

In this class, we will explore the current herbal protocols being used and how they are suited best depending on the constitution of the individual and the characteristics of how Lyme has manifested for them. We will focus on a "Vitalist" approach that seeks to discover the healing force inherent in everyone that can be accessed using herbs, flower essences, nutrition and shamanic means to not only bring about health and recovery, but to optimize immune function preventing future infection.

Lisa Crow is a community herbalist with 20 years of experience as a practitioner, teacher, organic gardener and wildcrafter of medicinal herbs. She has spent many of those years working directly with people with Lyme disease and the herbal protocols that have proven most effective for the treatment and healing of Lyme and its related syndromes. Lisa is also trained as a flower essence practitioner, plant spirit healer and yoga teacher. She lives in the Kuyahoora Valley of Central New York in the Adirondack foothills. Lisa Crow offered an incredibly thorough look at Lyme disease and the many treatment options available. We look forward to hosting her soon for more in depth herbal classes!

Excellent; presented different dimensions of the Lyme journey and rounded out with a wonderful, thought provoking discussion about the spiritual, elemental aspects of the parasite.
Lisa was an engaging and lively speaker, extremely knowledgable on the topic.

Great! We have a bunch of others who are not part of this list who have already registered. Let me know if you have any questions or need clear directions. Looking forward!
