Do more for your yourself by doing less! This restorative class helps you to increase your flexibility through poses held for 3-5 minutes while sitting or lying down. As you allow yourself to melt into new ranges of motion, your teacher will offer Reiki adjustments to help you access increased calm in your mind and body.
