Start your Thursday morning with some mindful movement. It takes a bit more energy to get through the last two days of the week. Adding yoga to your morning might be the trick! This class is open to all yogis and non-yogis. We will set positive intentions for the day, slowly wake up the body with some energizing flow, and mindful breathing practice. Carpe diem.
